Critique my squat

    OP you seem very concerned about everything you're doing. There's at least one post from you a day asking for advice, Id advise having your trainers make sure you're doing all of your movements properly and safely. The biggest thing is, is getting in there and actually perfecting your form and putting in the work. But definitely have your trainer watch over you and help you with all of the movements, since that is their job. Obviously feel free to ask the forums as much as you can. I just remember when I first started I was worried I did everything thing wrong, the best thing I did was just put the work in and perfect all of the movements to the best of my abilities.

    Also it's kind of difficult to critic squat form from a back angle, it's hard to see if you have a butt wink or if you're maintaining a neutral back throughout the movement. Id try again with just a bar on your back to actually replicate the movement and film from a side angle.

    I'm no longer working with my trainer. I'm going to go see a sports physiotherapist soon.
