Hello every one I want to make a challenge that I have already tried today Sunday March 13,2016 I tried esting only melon for the entire day. I drank my green tea in the morning with lemon and honey and water all day. After that it was melon for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also whenever I felt a little craving or like snaking. The best fruits to do this is Melon or Papaya as I was told by a nutritionist they are two of the best fruits to clean your system. I did the challenge today and it went great so I will do it every Sunday like that I start my week very clean and light. So who is up for this challenge? And if you are up to it you can add me.
