Hey everyone! I'm Rachel, 28 from Ireland.. Have two beautiful babies my daughter is 2 and a half and my son is 9 and a half months old.. Married to my husband 5 years this year. Together 9 years this year.. I've always been a bigger person.. I'm a serious comfort eater. Which isn't great cause I'm a super anxious person.. I've tried many diets and given up a million times.. This time I'm trying to follow the slimming world way (from home) and using mfp just to keep track of what I'm eating and to see how I can do better.. I'm 5'1 and My starting weight was 223.8lbs, I'm now 216.0.. So getting there! Anyway just thought I'd introduce myself.. Hopefully this time I can stick to it! Wanna be as healthy as possible so as my kids become more active I can keep up with them lol.. Xx
