How do you get enough protein in without going over in fat?

I get my protein through vegetable sources - spinach, French beans, kale, peas, hemp, tofu, lentils, etc. I get plenty of protein and plant foods are naturally low in fat

The way you have your C/F/P (macros) set will make it difficult. you are shooting for 1,714 cals (C=172, F=38, P= 172). That is very low fat and since protein is usually accompanied by some fat your're busting your limit.

I would suggest to up your fat allowance and consider if you need 172 protein daily.

By the wat, that Foster Farms - 10 oz Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast (Grilled) you have in your diary is incorrect - it has zero protein in the entry.

Can't go wrong with protein shakes. A scoop of powder will do the trick!
