Hi everyone !
I know 1200 cals isnt the best way to loose weight but due to having a c section i cannot exercise for a few more months so a controlled diet is my best option for now , so I aim for 1200 and usually go over a bit tbh
Anyway if anyone is doing the same then please add me my diary is open so feel free to have a snoop xxx

Just curious if you're nursing? You're calories should probably be higher if so0

1200 is a default minimum. Because you are young, it's likely you can eat more & still lose weight. 1200 is typically more appropriate for senior & very petite ladies. Besides exercise doesn't add nearly as many calories as most people think.
Put your stats in here (no exercise)....second opinion

I had my 4th (and final) c-section back in November. Not nursing and trying to get about 1300 net calories per day. I sent you a request. :flowerforyou:0

I am doing 1200. Older with a desk job so it works for me.0
