Hard time losing

I'm just looking for support and someone to to keep me going in my quest to lose this weight.

    Hey there. Feel free to add me if you like. I have to fight really hard for every single pound I lose, so I know what you mean about having a hard time losing. It's tough, but once you start seeing results, it's really self-inspirational!

    For me, the biggest help has been no carbs after 4pm. I tend to eat the most calories at my noon meal and then eat lots of protein and veggies in the evening. I'm less hungry at home and I don't crave the sweets like I used to.

    Have you noticed your body tighten up? I have not lost that much weight but I have noticed some small changes in my body shape, and my stamina is improving. Keep it up! You can add me if you want?
