Ok. So I started at 240 on Jan 1 of this year, As of Friday 3-11 I am down 17 lbs. I ride my bike in a trainer for 45 min to an hr a day (road bike). Last weekend I rode outside since it was nice. I did 31 miles of intense biking. I watched my calories over the weekend and didn't eat an exercise calories at all. Today I am up over 5 lbs. I haven't had this big of a weight increase since I have started loosing weight. Frustrating as I am trying to get my weight lower for a ride across the state in July.

Intense exercise often leads to temporary water weight gain. Your muscles will "hold" water to repair.
When I do an intense run or a run that is longer than usual, I often see a jump on the scale.0 -
I agree with above. See where you are tomorrow.
Meanwhile keep riding. It will prepare you for your ride.0
