Finally back at it

I worked out consistently from age 18-25. At 25 I went about a year without any consistency then got back to it pretty steady. I'm 31 now and have been inconsistent for about 6 months but today starts my journey back into it. I don't do anything halfway so I'll be at the gym today doing about 30 minutes cardio and about 1 hour weights. That will be what I do for, hopefully 4-5 days a week. I'm at 210lbs now at about 15% body fat. I'm hoping to get to about 190 with 8-10% body fat.
