Oats V bran ?

I eat oats etc but get bored ! Is high fibre bran any good to eat female who wants to build muscle ?

Can't see it contains anything relevant to building muscle or being a woman. It might make you spend more time in the bathroom.0

Oats contain resistant starch, which may be beneficial.0

It's all good, and both go very well with raisins and milk. Raisins have a little iron which is good for women. Milk has calcium which is good for women.0

Neither of those support muscle building. Muscle being comes from progressive overload lifting and a calorie surplus, in combination with adequate protein (1g per lb of lean body mass). How you make up that calorie profile, is truly up to personal preference. I am on a cut, but I go for P28 protein bagels with peanut butter during the week, omelets and oatmeal w/ protein powder on the weekends.0
