I only buy them to fry them ... which may or may not be a good idea lol but theyre delicious.0

Lightly bread it, fry it then dip it in ranch or sour cream or eat it with salt or ketchup yum!0 -

Fried green tomatoes are great on cheeseburgers, with eggs and fruit for breakfast, or as a side with fish/seafood (and cornbread!).
They're great with everything, though!0
