    WOW that is a great deal!!!! I love everything she does :) The meltdown one that I borrowed from the library required a step so I take it back as I don't own one but it looked like a great work out! I have 30 day shred and that is a real but kicker and the yoga meltdown is great too :)

    I hope you enjoy the dvds!
