Hey Pals, my name Michael and I just recently started using this app again, but never posted anything. For the past 2 months I have been working out again and eating healthy, now I'm tracking my macros. Iv been 220lbs for the last 2 months and my performance and gains in the gym has increased faster then when I was in the army, I use Myotape (tape measure) to measure my weight loss, not so much the scale though. I'm just here to say hi and muscle is heavier then fat, so kill it in the gym and let MFP guide your food journeys. See ya!!!!!
