Night shift difficulties

Hi all
I'm a nurse working 7pm to 7am. I'm looking at losing about 80lbs. I'm finding that I have issues with eating healthy working nights. I've started packing food and snacks but would love some tips! I'm also a fitbit user and would love to join a few challenges! Feel free to add me!
