    This is so refreshing to read! I started at 240, and have lost about 75 pounds. I went on a holiday road trip half way across the US, so I'm working off whatever I gained on that trip.

    Like you all, I'm 5"4" with a goal between 135 and 150. My frame is small, but I wouldn't call myself petite by any means.

    Feel free to add me. I need to be held accountable because I've been working at losing my weight for the last 3 years. I'm so much stronger, and am probably the healthiest I have ever been. I just need to lose those final 20ish pounds!!

    I'm 5'4.5". :smile: So just a tad taller than 5'4.

    My highest weight was 260 lbs in 2012. I was able to get down to 170 lbs or so before becoming pregnant with my second child in late 2013. My second was born at the end of May 2014. I lost my pregnancy weight at around the 6/7 month postpartum mark. I hit my original weight goal of 130 lbs at the end of Summer 2015.

    Currently my trend weight is 122.3 lbs. At this point I'm not 100% sure where I'm going. I think I still have a bit of belly fat that I would like gone, so I'm seeing if dropping a few more pounds will take care of it. I might have to do recomp, but I'm not 100% sure if I'm mentally prepared for it just yet.

    5'4" here. SW: 215, CW: 195, GW: 135

    I am going a bit slower with the loss, as I am doing a full body weightlifting routine 3 times a week, but I really feel it in my clothes!

    i'm 58, 5' 3 1/2" and as of yesterday weighed in at 182.8. at my heaviest i weighed 242, and last year i got down to 145, which was my original goal weight, but due to a number of life struggles, ended up back at just about 185, and am now working out, and trying to log all my food. i have significantly less muscle mass, but am working out and trying not to overdo. used to be really into working out heavy, but have had some injuries, so gotta take it easy. so far, so good!

    anyone in a similar sitch, hit me up - i could use some friends who can relate to where i'm at so we can encourage each other :)

    I am 5'3" and 185 pounds. I used my fitness pal and fitbit to reach 143 pounds 3 1/2 years ago, and felt good at that weight. Stopped logging my food, and...stopped the weights and cardio, and put it all back on. My goal is to reach 140 by August 30. Would love some friends for the journey!

    I'm in a very similar situation , although this is my first time logging my calories. I'm deteined to get down to 140. I'm 5'3. We should encourage eachother :) August 30th is a good goal. How many calories are you typically eating in a day now ?

    I am aiming to eat 1200 - 1300 calories per day...but all solid nutritious food. I am 59, work full time, and have fibromyalgia, so cannot rely on as much cardio and weights to increase weight loss. I use fitbit and have a goal of 10,000 steps per day, and plan to use the elliptical for about 1/3 of my cardio, and brisk walking for the rest. I am aware that my logging may be somewhat inaccurate at times, and that I may sometimes eat more/different than I should. But...NO MORE 1 serving bags of chips!!!!

    I'm 5' 4.5" SW 192.6 (beginning of Jan), CW 188.6, GW 140 (goal by fall). I lost 8 in the month of January, then I had to put a pause to my journey and gained a bit back. I am now back!!! Add me if you like :smiley:

    Hey in 5 '4" and when I was pregnant I got to 210-215 lbs. I have been eat a mostly clean lifestyle and exercise cardio some and weight lighting I am not at 135lbs. My goal is 125 ... Stay motivated it is definitely worth all the effort!!! Good luck

    I'm 5'4". SW 165 in January of this year. CW155. GW 135. I decided that this was the year to learn healthy habits and get back to my pre-wedding weight (10 years ago). Being able to teach my 3 year old healthy habits is my biggest motivator. Anyone can feel free to add me!

    I remember being 5'5" and now the docs call me 5'4" What do they know? Lol.
    SW (June 2014): 240 my heaviest ever.
    CW: 175
    GW: 155 by the end of summer. I'll re-evaluate after that depending on how it looks and feels.
