Protein / Carb Balance

Since I have started tracking and watching what I eat, I have noticed that I go wayyy over the grams of protein that I need and am always way under on the Carbs. How should I find balance for these? Does it matter if I have too much protein vs. carbs? I will say that I am definitely fuller longer, but feel much more tired (and I think that is related to the proteins, not sure). What are some good healthy carbs that I could add to my diet?

When you say way over I'm not sure what that means. Can you provide a breakdown of your macros?

Good carbs are things like whole grains, barley, whole wheat pasta etc. With out knowing how much over I can't say a lot more.

Some diets call for little carbs so I don't think it's super unhealthy to be low on carbs. I belive in the moderation method. Everything in moderation and not to extreme, but that's me.
