I have trouble eating back my exercise calories (I don't actually log my exercise, MFP gets the steps and uses them off my watch which is usually quite a bit lower than actual exercise calories) I started Feb 12th and am down 24 pounds basically eating smaller portions, frequently eating and exercising 1 to 2 hours every day.
My issue is I read here a lot and see people saying eat back calories or it is bad, I am full, as in I eat when I am hungry, I do not starve myself, I do not think about food all the time. I eat fuel and move on. I am not fatigued, I feel better than I have in years but the nagging thoughts of the eat back the calories posts are bothering me like I am going to regret it.
If you can look over my diary and tell me if I am missing something that would be great.
