Be packed on 50 pounds in the last 6 years , always struggled with my weight . But this is the biggest I've been in a long time. I've recently quit smoking so it's been a struggle to lose weight. But since I can breath better it's more enjoyable to go to the gym and I work out much harder and have more energy. However I am struggling with the food end of pulling even a small weight loss off very frustrating any suggestions on diet would be helpful weekends are by far the hardest.

Good for you!!! I quit smoking almost 9 years ago (9 years in a couple weeks!). I've lost 19lbs so far and have over 30lbs to go. Feel free to add me for motivation and support!0
