Hello mfp fam! I'm looking for a nice food scale that's accurate, easy to clean, not too hard on the wallet, n hopefully not an eyesore
Amazon, target, bed bath beyond, wherever! Need suggestions

Try Amazon? Mine is this style, though not this model: http://www.amazon.com/Ozeri-Professional-Digital-Kitchen-Tempered/dp/B003MSZBSI/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1458005418&sr=8-6&keywords=food+scale
What's your budget? I wouldn't recommend super-cheap, but middle of the pack ($10-$20) should be a safe bet. The cheap ones break.0 -
Bed bath and beyond. They are really easy to deal with. Great return policy. I got my last scale there, a biggest loser scale, on clearance for $10!0

One that you can put a container on and zero it is key.0

we got ours at Wal-mart. about $20. Does OZ, grams and zeros out. Big enough for a dinner plate.0

I love mine - I've had it for years and it's still going strong.

I love my scale. It is a Precision Digital Scale by Eat Smart. I like that it displays tenths of pounds. Actually though, it really only displays even tenths. It has an LCD display with automatic turnoff. Also a very modern look I love.

I have a $14 scale from Walmart and a $54 scale from Amazon. The more expensive scale has more bells and whistles (which I almost never use btw) but the accuracy is the same with both scales.
My advice: Don't spend a lot unless you really want and will use the expensive extras.0 -

I got my biggest lose scale at bed bath and beyond too. I think it was in that 25 dollar range. I really like it. Does the job.0
