slow but sure

I HATE journaling... hate it. But, it is THE only way. I was up to 150 something... Now I'm down to 140.... with a goal of 127. I feel so much better being lighter.
I have one hard, fast rule.... 30 minutes of out of breath exercise every single day... no matter what.... I box. Sprint. Do exercise class. Lift weights....
I'm a 75 ... yes, you can be strong and fast ... and fit ... and compete with grand daughters at 75.... Shocks the heck out of them..

    I am 56. I'm young enough to be your son. I go hard with my exercise. I know logging bites, but would love to have you as a friend.

    My oldest son is exactly your age. I still remember the day he out ran me.. I think he was about 11 years old.. ... It's kind of shocking for mothers when their sons begin turning into big, strong men. I'm still shocked.
    I quit journaling for a couple of days... and .. I gained a pound back... I got the calorie book and journal I ordered ... so now I'm back ..
    What kind of exercise do you do? Do you journal other than here>

    That's awesome and an inspiration. I think my biggest problem all along was not keeping track of what I'm eating/doing. Really enjoying this app so far. Do you box at a class? That's something I'd like to try
