Macros and calories

MFP pals... heh.
Question for all my macro aficionados out there.
Should you stress over your caloric intake if your macros line up close
Back story.
Trying to lean out a bit with a 2200 caloric intake and macros at (see my diary for %)
Currently I'm over +32 in caloric intake but macros are with 5% of each other.
I wrote some slight Adjustments and ended up with macros within 1% of goal but caloric intake is over +120ish
Is this something to stress over or no?
Thanks in advance and may your meals be big and your gains even bigger!

No, don't stress over it. However, do check that it's in the ballpark.
Nutritional information has rounding. The more calories you eat, the larger rounding error that can accrue.
If the calories column is way off the calories calculated from macros, you need to look through your database items to make sure that you are using accurate ones. If they are close, you're good to go.0 -
Unless you're in contest prep it's silly to worry about nailing macros down to the T0
