I am a graduate student and teacher and it is soooo difficult to find time to both log and work out. Any suggestions from someone who is super busy and had found success?

If you find the answer please let me know! With just finishing 3rd year I'm finding it an added stress that I don't need to have gained weight like crazy!

Weighing your food on a scale in grams and logging just takes about 5 minutes each day once you're accustomed to the routine and you've added a few commonly cooked recipes. but even if I cook something from scratch it doesn't take much longer.

You don't need to work out for weight loss as it happens about 90% in the kitchen (others say 80-95%). Sport is for being healthy and fit. But honestly, you don't need much time for sport. Learn to run and just do a run at lunch time on campus, after getting up or going to bed. You could also do bodyweight exercises at the same times. Or are you really, and I mean really working from getting up to going to bed?
