Just joined!

Just joined this website... Looking for advice on food tips to reach my goal! I work out about 3-4 times a week, with about 1-2 miles of cardio and heavy (for me) weight lifting- focusing on my core, back, and arms. I would love to reach my goal of being 105lbs, I am currently at 117lbs. I

  • I just joined and need to drop 10 pounds. I gained weight by drinking socially and then eating when I get home! UGH! Need strength to stop.
