Healthily gain weight? Looking for friends!

Hi! I'm 5'8" female and weigh 117 pounds. According to multiple sources, I should be closer to 127-130, but for now I'm shooting for 122 (minimum healthy weight). Do you know any healthy ways to gain weight? I'm not very active and want to begin working out more. Starting small! I have a bad habit of giving myself a huge goal, then becoming intimidated by it and dropping it all-together, so baby steps are best for me. If you are in a similar situation, I'd love to talk!

Eat a small surplus of calories; roughly 250 calories or 10% above your maintenance (set up your account to gain 1/2 lb per week), set protein to around 110g. And have a progressive lifting routine such as strong curves or new rules of lifting for women.0
