So I am once again starting this weight loss and exercise thing .... Hope motivation lasts more then a week or two this time ... I need to lose about 100lbs

This is also my third time starting. My first time I lost the weight I wanted, but was not able to maintain. The second, I simply got frustrated by my lack of progress and gave up. The third time is a charm, right??? Feel free to add me!0
