I'm a 49-year-old woman who is moving her body again after a 5-year hiatus! I have a personal trainer and take a Zumba class and want to lose 44 pounds. Anyone need a friend to discuss recipes and aches and pains? Hold each other accountable? I'm going for a balanced diet that is highish in protein so I have energy for my workouts.
