TWO, I hope, simple questions!

Hello everyone! I read a lot of topics, I love this forum.. But today I must explain my doubts hoping you guys can help me!

I'm a 23yrs old boy.

My goal is to gain weight (lean muscle as possible) from 63 to 66kg
And to burn the abdominal zone

-I run 1 time a week for 1hr at 65% my max HR
-I do 30min cyclette HIGH intensity 1 time a week
-and other two days workout at the gym with an A-B routine
-spare days I do some abs


1)I use MFP in conjunction with the iPhone step tracker and a polar h7 + polar beat app.
Every time I run or workout, and use the chest strap, the polar app syncs to apple HealthKit "Workouts", so calories + km + tipe of activity.

My question is... Since MFP uses iPhone steps, and when I run (not working out) I wear my iPhone on my belt, I assume that the app will track the steps and calculates the calories burned.. BUT it also reads from HealthKit the polar synced workout with additional, more precise, calories.
Won't this result in a double calories burned record?!?
What is the best way to solve this thing?


2)To gain muscle, what goal should I insert in MFP? Weight gain? Or I will get fat by this and will not burn my .. Belly?!
Should I eat back the calories I burn? (If I will solve the 1st problem)
The app does automatically estimate my BMR calories I burn to do nothing through the day?
