Any low sodium breakfast ideas?

Everything I think about making, has alot of sodium. I'm trying my best to make low sodium meals for my son. Any ideas will be helpful. Thanks!

Scrambled eggs with a tad of onion powder and chopped tomatoes.
Greek yogurt with honey and berries.
Toast with (no salt pnut butter) and bananna and honey. Cut bananna in slices and jet him make a face on the toast... If he is a young child.
Any fresh fruit smoothie with toast and a fried egg.0 -
I like quick oats with cinnamon & raisins. Put in in the microwave with extra water for 2 minutes. (no milk).0
