    I don't do Strong Curves but Bret Contreras knows glutes. I have been incorporating hip thrusts, glute bridges, cable kickbacks, cable pull throughs along with my squats, dead lifts, barbell lunges, good mornings and front squats. I've been in a surplus but I have gained 2 inches on my hips since November.
