50 DUMBBELL SHOULDER PRESSES

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to add heavier weights. Don’t have weights? Grab some canned vegetables or a couple bottles of water. Post once to accept and be sure to come back and tell us what you did!

    Challenge accepted and completed. I did use light weights as I'm just getting back into exercising. I had to stop a lot as well.

    Accepted and done. All I had was a 4# kettlebell- alternated 25/sidex2.

    Done :smile: used tinned baked beans. I probably needed to used something a little heavier but that's the only thing I have that's I can comfortably hold.

    Thanks. Just done them for the day 3/16/15....with only 3 5 second breaks. 5 lb weights
