Macro help

Hey been tracking my intake for the last couple of days. I don't really like carbs make me feel very heavy and tired but I seem to be getting through too much fat. Should I cut the fat and just bear the carbs? Will I eventually feel better if I'm more balanced?

The fat and protein are minimums, not maximums. As long as you're getting enough of those, it is up to you how many carbohydrates you eat.0

Nope - low carb. moderate protein, and high fat, is the ticket!
