What's your go-to Subway salad?

I'm going to Subway for supper and I've only ever tried one of their salads. Which is your favorite and how many calories are in it? I went on the site to see if they had pictures, but they don't so I have no idea what to choose.

The calorie count is going to depend on what you put in it -- just like their sandwiches, their salads are based on what customers choose to add.
Here is a calculator that may help: https://www.nutritionix.com/subway/nutrition-calculator0 -
I used to work there. just the plain veggie salad with a light dressing, such as light itallian, fat free honey mustard, but next in line for low cal would be turkey, which is 3 slices of the turkey breast meat on top of the salad sliced up. 3rd for low calorie is the oven roasted chicken breast on top of the salad. Also keep in mind how much dressing is going on salad, the less you use, the lower calorie your salad. Basicially any sub you can have on a bun, you can have bunless on your veggies. Also the flat bread is no healthier then a wheat bun, it only differs about 2 points in fat and calories. If u skip the cheese, will also be lower calorie, all the cheese is processed as well as all the meats, but it is a nice option to be able to design your own salad at Subway, instead of the pre-made ones from any other fast food place. ***Plus, remeber you can ask for extra veggies if you want more. Not enough green pepper or tomato.??. Just ask for a few more. Good Luck.!!0

You can definitely get a salad higher than 500. Depends on the meat, cheese and especially the sauce0 -
Double chopped chicken. Website has it as 220 i'm assuming its without the cheese and dressing so i log that in separately. I usually get the chipotle sauce on mine or if i don't have the 100 calories for it i get the subway vinagrette.0

Double chopped chicken as well. Just add lots more veggie toppings, black olives. I usually forgo the cheese. I like the sweet onion dressing. Just need to watch how much they put on. I think this is a much better option than the 96g of carbs in the footlong subs!!0

I love Subway. Usually I got for a 6" turkey or ham sub or just a veggie delight on wheat with a bag of Sunchips. I tried the oven roasted chicken recently and thought it was pretty good too.

I work there so I might be able to help! I would love to have the healthiest thing at subway, but if you're like me, you need some kind of meat. So, I usually do a single chicken chopped salad (chicken strips). I do Mozzerella cheese, but no cheese is better for you. I do all of the veggies (not including jalapeños). I usually have it with Italian dressing, but not too much. If you're shooting for as low of calories as possible with this salad, just ask for the fat free packets. Also, I do not get croutons or crackers in it. My salad is usually 350-500 calories0
