Hello I'm Tabitha. I lost a lot of weight and then gained it all back and then some. I have been logging my food for 6 months and am down 30 lbs or so since. Please add me as a friend so I can have more people to give support to and get from.

    I'm doing the same thing. 30lbs gone in 7 months, 30 more to go. Taking my time to make sure these healthier habits STICK. (:
