Quick question

Has anyone gained a lot of weight in a short space of time but measurements remained the same, clothes still felt as comfortable fitting as ever, still look as slim in the mirror, still feel as slim and can't attribute much of the weight increase to muscle gain?

    What do you mean by a lot of weight in a short space of time? How much weight? over how long?

    I've gained approximately 8-10lbs in the last 2 months and a bit, other than my jeans being tighter on my thighs and calves I haven't noticed anything fitting tighter for the most part. A lot of it could be water weight and depending on the time period of weight gain it could be lean mass if you're lifting progressively. Other than that you may have just had a day where you're weight fluctuates upwards significantly.

    even if you gained only muscles you would still have some changes... so I don´t think so ... maybe only water weight.. or a full belly... can make it seem that you are heavier but you are just full ..
