Does anyone know any good beginner calisthenic workouts, I wanna start but I don't know how to build one. Thank you

    Planks, bridges, push-ups, pull-ups, step-ups, lunges, squats...
    You can perform these at different levels. Google "You Are Your Own Gym" and "Nerd Fitness". Also check out "Fitness Blender" on YouTube.

    Choose four to get a full body workout. 4 sets of 10 reps = +/- 10 minutes

    You are Your Own Gym has been great for me-lost 25lbs and saw a big jump in muscles and strength.
