Success after 4 weeks

So I made up my own diet by simply using the calorie guide provided here on myfitnesspal.
I try to eat as clean as possible, vegetables, protein, healthy fats, little bit of fast carbs and a little slow carbs.
The ratio is about 40, 35, & 35 (Carbs, fats & protein). For me it is 1700 calories (I'm aged 32 and 6ft 2)
I started out weighing 222 and after four weeks I weigh 214.
I workout most days, Mon to Fri is a 30 min Calisthenics and on the weekends I go to the gym and lift for about an 1hr to 1hr 15min. (my calorie intake increases on the weekend by around 500 cal each day with increases in protein and slow carbs, including 40g of glucose post workout)
Not sure how long I will follow the diet, had my first proper cheat day this Sunday. Had calamari, large plate of sushi and half an ice cream sundae. Just going to see how my body looks at different weights.
