Hi everyone. I'm djdean7787. I need to lose about 150 lbs. I started 4 weeks ago and have lost 13.4 so far. Not ready for challenges yet but would love others to talk to about weight issues

Hey djdean, congrats on your life change. Staying motivated is key but remember the reason why you are doing so. A lot of great motivational videos on YouTube. I search fitness motivation and listen to motivation speeches as I start workout. T0
