Be sure to take measurements!

My weigh loss has slowed a bit the past few weeks. So today I decided to take new measurements. Sure enough I had lost another 1/2 inch from my hips, arms and legs. Very motivating and helps offset scale frustrations. So be sure to track those measurements if you aren't already!

Congrats!
I still weigh weekly but I take my measurements every two weeks. I was very frustrated in the beginning of this journey until......my husband finally encouraged me to start tracking measurements. I also use the navy body fat calculator to track my body fat using my measurements.
Good Luck on the rest of your journey!0 -
Taking pictures along the way is great, too - I find that if the scale hasn't moved, likely the tape measure has. If the tape measure hasn't moved, likely the pictures look better. If the pictures don't look better, maybe the scale has dropped!
Tracking "progress" by more than one method is very MOTIVATING, for me!0
