trying to get healthy

hi ... I started using fitness pal on my phone and have now discovered I can use it on the computer, which I find a lot easier.....I am joining this group cause I weigh in every wed morning... when I start May 1st I weighed 178 .. as of today I weigh 166... yep 12 pounds ... I want to get to 150 ... I try to get a half hour of exercise in during day 4-5 days a week and have been walking for an hour 4-5 evenings a week ... I even bought the walking poles to increase workout ....

I have no friends registered on here but would like some for motivation ... if interested add me
