I reset by planning my weekly meals and going to the store with that list. This is especially helpful to me after a weekend of going overboard. I still fit treats in though.
This helps me, too. I'll make something on Sunday and make pre-portioned meals for lunches throughout the week. I'll log it in advance, and work the rest of my day around that the rest of the days. A 300 calories lunch leaves me a ton of room for tasty dinners. And chocolate.0
