MSM Capsules?

I have read little about these, Does anyone on here take these?

If so, how do you take them? Have you seen an improvement? Can you recommend some?

    Sorry I should have gave more information. No, currently losing weight and apparently they are good for the skin and helps to prevent loose skin I have read in some places.

    I've know a few people that lost 100+ pounds and over time the skin tightened.

    Pass on the MSM man, save your money.

    I use it for nail growth. I heard it is good for the skin, but I'm not very knowledgeable about that.

    Knowing my luck, I won't have the same happen to me haha. Covered in stretch marks too (I got stuff for that though). I may pass on the MSM, it may be expensive considering I might have to take quite a lot of it daily for it to actually work.


    Can anyone speak from experience for their skin?
