Starting anew and need support

Hi,
A few years ago, I went down this road with MFP and had some great success. Then, life happened and I stopped trying. Since then, my life has changed greatly! I have moved to a new community, had bladder cancer, had localized chemo and underwent surgery, just last week. While I went for surgery, I had quite the scare. It was a simple surgery, but they had a hard time because my oxygen levels kept on dropping. In fact, I ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital because of it.
Now, my family doctor, the day before had told me that I needed to start taking some iron pills, because I was borderline anemic. Did you know that iron creates oxygen in your body? I didn't but I researched it. Anyhow, my goal is not to lose weight, but to be healthy again. I figure the losing weight will happen naturally as I do that. I don't care about the number on the scale, but I want to work at getting a better nutrition while also being active. I need to ensure I get enough iron and fiber in my diet, that's why I came back here to start logging my foods.
I'm going to need some help in my journey, and I don't exactly know where to look at this point. So, if you want to add me as a friend for support, that would be great!
