Hurt my knee & am looking for new/diff DVDs...suggestions?

I am totally into Jillian's Bansih Fat/Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. I've been doing those for awhile now and decided to add some 30DS to the mix. Last night I did Banish Fat & then 30 DS - hurt my left knee (very sore, got a bit swollen and felt like I had fluid on it) doing 30DS and also felt like I got a charlie horse in my left calf. I was pretty sore the rest of last evening and while I'm feeling better today I am still on a hubby mandated 2 days of rest. :grumble: (He's probably right. But stil...)

My problem areas are my thighs and bum and so I like DVDs that have lunges/squats in them but after last night I think I need to mix it up. Can anyone offer up any suggestions on DVDs that are going to give me a great workout but without so many lunges/squats?
