I'm 5'1 192 pounds looking to lose 50 pounds any tips?

I would start with making changes in what you eat, stay away from fried foods, add more fruits and vegetables, walking more.0

My advice is patience and persistence. Log everything. Use a food scale and enjoy the ride. There will be ups and downs - just don't give up. you can do it. Also, the most important thing I have learned here is to eat at a deficit. That's what gets rid of fat (use the 'sexy pants' link in the post above to learn how many calories you need each day to lose weight). This will help so much!!
Also - it's 'here' - not 'hear' - just one of my pet peeves. I don't mean any harm
