I have no idea how to start. I have an 8 month old baby and a 5 year old and am a stay at home mom, I don't get periods of more than 20 minutes at a time to myself and am wondering what sorts of exercises I could do during these short periods. I am completely new to this so any links/advice would be really helpful! I would prefer exercises that you use your own bodyweight and can be done easily at home... If you need any more detail ask away, and thank you!

Try Nerdfitness bodyweight.
Start easy and simplyfy the moves doing 1 set, then work your way to doing the whole routine. Once you can do all 3 sets start adding complexity to them.
Cheers, h.

Not what you asked for, but here is a quick and simple hand weight routine. If you have no weights use what you have available.https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=U0bhE67HuDY

Jillian Michaels 30 day shed level 1 is awesome, and you can move your way up to level 3. Good luck!0
