Hello everyone,

Been using MFP for a while now (70 days). Was playing about with the settings and stumbled across the community bit and decided I would pop up a wee hello thread.

Decided to stop with the yoyo weight loss/gain and have a crack at doing things the "right" way.


So far I have lost about 30-35lbs with a further 75-80lbs to go and that has been through a mixture of clean eating and exercise (nothing fancy, mostly just trail and hill walking when the Scottish weather allows).

Quite enjoying it so far, eating the right stuff means I can eat a reasonable amount of food and still be under my calories which helps. Nothing worse than a diet when your hungry constantly!
