    Hi Monica,
    We couldn't be gym buddies as we are in different countries, but if you would like to stay in touch and share workouts/ macros etc, we could certainly do that :)
    My goals are mainly for cutting body fat but also building more muscle on my Glutes and legs (I realise it's really hard to do both simultaneously!)
