Wednesday Workout

Good morning & Happy Tuesday!
What does your Wednesday workout consists of ?

I do Arms & Standing Abs and throw some cardio in!

Today's Cardio will be 1 hour long at a 10% incline At steady pace 3.5-4mph.
You will really feel the burn on the treadmill ,in your legs!

If your not sure what arm exercises to do:
Go to YouTube and type in the search: Rebecca Louis Arm workouts
Or Just type in Rebecca Louis and All her workout videos will pop up.
I used her as my trainer in the past and got abs and toned arms in less then 3months.
