I'm convinced, now need similar buddies!

After reading numerous articles & posts I'm convinced that I need to just count calories in vs calories out! The only way I've lost lbs in the past was low carb & that was too restrictive.

Currently I'm entering portions, not grams. If I don't see a slow weight loss, then I'll go there.

I'm 60yo, 5'4", weight 152-154 & want to lose 1# (or more) per week to get down to 130-135.

I would like buddies that focus on calories & similar weight loss goals.

Would you add me?

    I'm trying to eat healthier and exercise more. I'm entering all my calories by portion as well. (Until I can talk my roommate into splitting the cost of a food scale.)
    I find without friends I have no accountability to log anything though.
