I know, we should all eat breakfast .... but do you ever skip breakfast if you're not hungry. Has it affected your weight loss?

Meal timing has no effect on weight loss. If you don't want to eat breakfast, don't.

    I hardly ever eat breakfast.

It isn't the end all. It's about the total day for calories in and calories out.

If you need to eat breakfast to not binge at 10-11am, then you should have breakfast. If you are not hungry and don't need to eat it, don't.

You do not need to eat in the morning.

"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is a myth. Eat when you're hungry. Skipping if you're not hungry will assist in your deficit.

I only eat breakfast (somewhat) on Sundays because my DW and DD want to. The rest of the days, nope.

I eat yogurt, not much of a brakfest, I know. Thing is, if I don't have it, I get feeling weak and dizzy within a few hours.
Since I started doing brakfest, my evening hungries went away. So now my calories are more even over the day, having two proper meals and two snacks, one of those 'snacks' being brakfest.

My typical weekday breakfast is 2 cups of coffee with cream and sweetner. I am not a morning person.

Weekends, I might really push the boat out and have toast and peanut butter AND two cups of coffee (as above). I generally have no problem waiting to eat later in the day. I guess thats called Intermittent Fasting, but I have been eating like this for as long as I can remember.

I was so happy to read the replies to this post. This morning at our safety meeting at work we had someone from the fitness centre come in and speak to us about healthy living. It was so difficult to sit through the misinformation. She chastised those who dared to raise their hands and admit that they foolishly don't eat breakfast. I wanted to send everyone here.
