30 year old man

Quit smoking a year ago. Was not in good shape and replaced that bad habit with fitness. Try to motivate myself and others to make healthy choices. Feel better than I've ever felt in a long time. Have logged all my food for last 80 days. Sometimes still slip up and make some poor choices but I'm learning how to recover from that. Looking for people interested in motivating each other.
